Part IX: Hey Hey What Can I Do?

Jade’s P.O.V

“I’m in love you Jade Lanes.” He whispered, catching a tear that escaped my eye.
I took a deep breath and stared wide eyed as I struggled to decipher the now jumbled thoughts and responses racing 1000 miles per hour in my mind.
He took my face in his hands and deeply kissed me. Passion flooding out of every pore as he moved more amorously into the kiss. Chills sparked through me as he trailed his hand down my back. A fire started in my chest as I unconsciously move my hands to his hair, holding him to me.
He pulled away grinning shyly. I was so used to his smug and cryptic demeanor and seeing him in a different light for the second time since I had met him made me fall for him even more than I already had. I knew him. He was deep and complex with endless pools of thoughts, opinions and feelings. When you think of a famous rockstar like Jimmy, you see that person in a certain light and it almost seems impossible to picture that person being so human, if you will. He was a man of endless dimensions. There was always something new that went off in him like a spark or a flame that drew you in deeper like a magnet.
“I’m sorry if it was a little too soon for you.” His eyebrows furrowed in worry.
“No love, please don’t say sorry.” I comforted him with words. “I just feel lost in the clouds.”

His face smoothed and his grin turned more sheepish.

“I love you.” I whispered falling deep into the green pools of his eyes. “I love you James Page.”

His smile grew wider at the words. He kissed me roughly, letting go of every muscle and control he had over himself. His kisses grew hungrier as he parted my lips and devoured my tongue with his.

Someone thumped on the door loudly. “Jimmy! You two ready to go?” Robert yelled from behind the thick wood.

“Jimmy broke away from the kiss annoyed. “Christ mate! Give us 10 minutes.” He yelled back and laughed as he continued kissing me.

“Fine but be quick we’re waiting for you fools.” He retorted.

We made sweet love, accidentally going over the ten minutes we were given. I put on the new dress Jimmy had bought me with a wide grin as I twirled gazing at every curve of myself in the garment.

“You look ravishing.” He hungrily stared.
“Don’t get too excited again. They’re waiting for us.” I reminded him.
I grabbed the necklace from the bed and placed it in his hands. “Will you?” I turned around and held my hair up from my neck.
He placed the cold medalion around my neck and graced his soft hands on the back of my neck as he fasened the lock. The touch sent more sparks through my body. Suddenly his lips were on my shoulder. He kissed his way up to my jaw. I tilted my head to the side, closing my eyes at the pleasure his lips could cause.
“Are you two done fucking yet? We wanna go today!” Robert yelled at the door again.
Jimmy laughed as his lips left my skin. He kissed my lips than took my hand and led me out of the room.

“Its about fucking time mate.” Bonzo laughed wrapping his arm around my shoulder as we walked through the hotel. “You two spend an awful lot of time fucking. Don’t you get tired of him?” He teased.
“What can I say. He just satisfies.” I mocked peeking at up at Jimmy.
He rolled his eyes and chuckled.
We got into the black car that took us off to a bar called ‘The Red Mill’. We were greeted and seated in the V.I.P booth in the back of the bar with a full view of the large room and easy access to the bar. A waitress came around with drinks of all different flavours and colors.

It was the boys’ night off after two large shows and they had planned to spend the night relaxing but Bonzo came up with the idea of going to the bar and getting hammered. It wasn’t exactly the greatest way to relax but every one seemed more then enthused at the idea. I enjoyed drinking with them. You never new what was going to be said or done. It was always a good time filled with laughter and usaully somebody getting there face coloured in by Bonzo.

“Ey do yah lot remember the time we got stuck in that town with the cabin and the bar cause of the damn bloody snow?!” Bonzo laughed, dazed off into the memory.

“Yeah Robert and you could’t drink cause you were too young!” Jonesy piped in laughing abnoxiously with Jimmy at the two who sat crossing their arms.
“Laugh all you want! While you two were getting smashed out of your minds, I was shagging the cabin owners daughter.” Robert retorted smugly, proud of that night.

Suddenly Bonzo stopped laughing and went wide eyed. “You told me you went to bed early.”

“You damn fool! I shagged her too!” Jimmy burst out again.

Robert shrugged down in his seat and pouted like a child.

“Its alright John, I didn’t shag her.” Jonesy patted Bonzo’s arm.

“Cause you were out getting smashed!” Bonzo slapped his hand away.

I burst out into laughter at the four men infront of me.

“You four are ridiculous.” I chuckled. “You’re acting like children.

They all looked at one another then smiled and laughed at each other.

“I’m going to get a drink.” I shook my head at them as I got up from Jimmy’s arms to leave the booth.

“I’ll come too.” Jonesy nodded following me.

We walked to the bar in silence then waited to be greeted by the bartender.

“So you liked your gift?” He nodded down at the necklace resting on my neck.

“I love it.” I smiled down at it.

“I’m glad. It took the bloke hours to finally decide on which one to get you. Then another bloody 30 minutes to choose what to get engraved.” He rolled his eyes.

I smiled up at him than ordered my drink.
“Hows your mum?” He wondered creasing his eyebrows.

“How?…” I started.

“Jimmy told me when we were out. I hope your not upset… your the only thing he talks about, you know other than the guitar. He really loves you. I can’t say I blame him.” His eyes pierced mine.

I blushed “Oh stop John Paul.” I smacked his arm playfully.

“No I mean it. Your beautiful, and not just physically. You have a soul like a butterfly. Colorful and unearthly. I can’t see anyone ever growing tired of you.” I dazed out as he looked deep into my eyes.

“Your too sweet John.” I kissed his cheek then grabbed my drink and started back for the booth.

Something grabbed my arm and pulled me back. I turned around to find Jonesy hand on mine.

“Would you like to dance?” He smiled shyly as a slower, bluesy song began to play.

“I don’t dance.” I answered unsure. I never really was that great on my feet and dancing with a god like creature was the last type of embarrassment I wanted to cause myself.

“Come on. I’ll teach yah.” He insisted.

I couldn’t deny him he was so charming. He pulled me to the middle of the bar and placed his hands delicately on my hips and drew me closer.

“Now put your arms around my neck. I figure we shouldn’t move right into the waltz quite yet.” He teased. “We’ll begin with something simple.

He guided me in a swaying motion that connected with the music harmoniously.

“See simple.” He smiled down at me.
I rolled my eyes than rested my head on his shoulder.

“I always feel so comfortable with you.” I closed my eyes as I started to feel heavy.

He leaned his head on mine and sighed.

“We’d better get back to the table.” He said as he lifted my chin.

“Oh yeah.” I shook my head. “I forgot where we were.”

He laughed lightly. “You look tired.”

“I am.”

We returned to the booth where the three were retelling stories of drunken times.

“Where’ve you two been?” Robert slurred.

“Jonesy here was teaching me how to dance.”  I smiled at him.

The three of them laughed, spitting their drinks out as they did so. “Dance! Jonesy can’t dance.” Jimmy yelled.

“Oh but that’s where your wrong darling. He’s a wonderful dancer. Very sexual, almost erotic.” I spaced out as I thought about swaying my hips with his.

Jimmy choked on his drink again. “Excuse me? You keep your sexual hands off of her.” He tried to yell seriously at him but couldn’t keep a straight face in his drunken state.

“Oh Jimmy calm down. It was only a dance.” I said resting my head on him.

After a couple of hours I fell asleep on Jimmy’s lap and was awaken shortly after by him whispering in my ear.

“Jade… Jade…”

“Mhmm?” I muttered.

“We’re going back to the hotel.” He sounded a little more sober.

“You go. I’m just gonna stay here and sleep.” I couldn’t open my eyes or move.

He chuckled then lifted me from the seat. “You can’t stay here love. I would have no one to lay beside tonight.” I felt him walking.

“Sleep with Percy.” I mumbled into his hair.

The last thing I remember was him shaking his head, kissing my forhead and saying, “I love you.”
